Google Sign-In Authentication

How We Use Google Account Information:
- To authenticate your identity and create your DigiSim.io account

- We do NOT access any other Google services or data beyond the basic profile information listed above
Google's Role:
- Google Sign-In is provided by Google LLC and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy
- We only request the minimum necessary permissions (OpenID, email, and basic profile)
- You can revoke DigiSim.io's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings
Data Storage:
- After initial authentication, your Google account information is stored in our secure database
- We do not store your Google password - authentication is handled entirely by Google
- Your account credentials are encrypted using industry-standard security practices
Alternative Authentication:
- You can also create an account using email/password if you prefer not to use Google Sign-In
- Users who sign up with Google can later add email/password authentication through account settings

We do not share any of your DigiSim.io activity data with Google beyond the initial authentication process. Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.

Data Retention
General Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
Data Retention for Standard License Holders
Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all logic designs, code, and simulation data created on DigiSim.io. We claim no intellectual property rights over your creations.
Storage Policy for Viewer Mode: To ensure the sustainability of our free "Viewer Mode," accounts that have expired (passed the 12-month Active Period) are subject to the following storage policies:
- Storage Cap: Viewer Mode accounts are limited to 50 Projects or 100 MB of cloud storage.
- Inactive Accounts: If a User does not log in to their account for a continuous period of 24 months (2 years), DigiSim reserves the right to mark the account as "Dormant."
- Deletion Warning: We will never delete your data without notice. Before removing Dormant data, we will send at least 3 email notifications over a 30-day period to the registered email address.
Data Portability
You have the right to export your data at any time. DigiSim provides tools to export project files in open formats (JSON) which can be parsed by third-party tools or re-imported into DigiSim.
Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account, you may do so through your account settings. When you delete your account, your personal profile is no longer visible to other users. However, some of your information may remain in our records to comply with our legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

Access and Update
You can review and update certain personal information directly within your account settings. If you are unable to change your personal information, please contact us to make the required changes.
Data Portability
