We appreciate your business. As DigiSim Pro is a digital software subscription that grants immediate access to premium features, we have established a specific policy regarding refunds.
By subscribing at DigiSim.io, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Refund Policy
Since DigiSim Pro is a subscription that grants immediate access to proprietary digital simulation tools, full curriculum materials, and software creation features, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
2. EU & UK Right of Withdrawal (Waiver)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you typically have a right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days.
However, by purchasing digital content from DigiSim.io and clicking the "Pay" or "Subscribe" button, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract (immediate access to the software and materials). You acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) once the digital content is made available to you.
3. Exceptions for Refunds
While our general policy is strictly no-refunds, we may consider refund requests under the following specific technical circumstances:
Duplicate Payment:
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.
Unresolvable Technical Defects:
If a major technical defect on our end prevents you from accessing the platform or using the core features as advertised, and our Support Team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days of your report, a full refund will be issued.
Please note that refunds are not granted for:
- Change of mind or lack of time to use the software.
- Incompatibility with hardware that does not meet the minimum requirements stated on our website.
- Failure to utilize the subscription during the active billing period.
Currency and Exchange Rates:
All refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction (e.g., GBP or USD). DigiSim is not responsible for any differences in the final amount received due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by your bank.
